*Ingredients

°1 liter vegetable oil for frying

°4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, divided

°1 tablespoon garlic salt

°1 tablespoon ground black pepper

°1 tablespoon paprika

°teaspoon poultry seasoning

°1 cup beer, or as needed

°2 egg yolks, beaten

°1 tsp salt

°Half tsp ground black pepper

°1 (3 pounds) chicken, cut into pieces

*Methods

Heat the oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).

Mix 3 cups of flour, garlic salt, 1 tablespoon of pepper, paprika, and poultry seasoning together in a medium bowl.

Stir 1 1/2 cups beer, 1/3 cup flour, egg yolks, salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper into a separate bowl. Add a little beer if the mixture is too thick.

Wet the chicken pieces with a little water and then dip them in the seasoned flour mixture. Shake off the excess and dip in the beer mixture, then dip in the seasoned flour mixture again.

Carefully lower the chicken pieces into the hot oil in batches. Fry until crispy and well browned, about 15 to 18 minutes. An instantaneous thermometer inserted near the bone should read 165°F (74°C). Transfer the mixture to a plate lined with a paper towel to drain.

Enjoy !
