INCREDIBLE side at Christmas or Thanksgiving...
* Ingredients:
°1 Pistachio Pudding Box
°20 ounces can rain pineapple
°2 cups marshmallow
°1/2 cup pecan nut
°1 container of dissolved cold whip (8 oz)
* Methods :
Start by mixing dry pudding, ground pineapple, small marshmallows and chopped pecans. Next, fold the dissolved cold whip until well mixed. Refrigerate until the time of application.
This recipe can be easily doubled for a large family dinner.
You can serve this as a candy item but I put it on the table with main dishes. It's always a blow.
You can serve this in a large bowl or if you use it in individual candy rations in transparent glass cups or transparent cappuccino cups decorated with maracino cherries that offer a nice display.
