The best carrot cake ever

 




*Ingredients


+Carrot Cake Ingredients

°Small amount of butter for pots

°2 cups all-purpose flour and more for pans

°2 cups sugar

°2 tsp baking soda

°2 tsp ground cinnamon

°4 tsp salt

°4 whole eggs

°1 1/2 cup vegetable oil

°3 cups grated carrots

°1 1/2 c pecans (optional)

+Ingredients of Cream Cheese Frosting

°16 oz Cream Cheese Room Temperature

°1 stick of butter, at salted room temperature

°16 oz powdered sugar

°1 tsp vanilla extract

°1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Instructions For Carrot Cake

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Fat and flour Three 9-inch pans. 

Line the bottom of the moulds with parchment paper

Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Add eggs and vegetable oil. Stir until combined.

Add carrots and pecans (pecans are optional)

Pour into the mussels. Bake for 40 minutes.

Let cool for 4 minutes, then remove from pans and let cool completely.

Ice with cream cheese and Enjoy!
