The recipe for chocolate cake




*Ingredients


+for the cake

° 2 cups all-purpose flour

° 2 cups sugar

° 220 gr butter

° 1 cup water

° 5 Tbsp cocoa powder

° 2 eggs

° 1/2 cup buttermilk

° 1 tsp baking soda

° 1 tsp vanilla oil


*Method


Mix the flour and sugar in a large bowl.

In a medium saucepan, combine the butter, water and cocoa powder over medium heat. Bring the mixture to a boil and pour over the flour/sugar mixture. Mix well. Add the eggs, buttermilk, baking soda and vanilla. Pour into a well-greased 9 13 saucepan and bake at 180 °C for 30 minutes.

Or pierce a skewer in the cake and spring clean

For the caramel frosting

° 110 gr butter

° 4 tablespoons milk

° 4 Tbsp cocoa powder

° about 400gr of powdered sugar

° 1 tsp vanilla

° 1 cup chopped pecans


In  saucepan, combined butter, milk also cocoa powder also bring to a boil. Removing from heat and adding powder sugar, stir well with a whisk or wooden spoon to the sugar melts and the mixture is smooth. Stirring in vanilla and pecans, then pour over hot cake
